In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to issue a STORE CREDIT for your items. Returns must be received within 14 days of the invoice date. Purchases made after November 1st can be returned until January 6th.
Please email us at lori@purse-n-bootz.com to receive your return merchandise authorization form (RMA). Upon receipt of your returned package, we will email you a store credit code to use towards a future purchase.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returns must be sent back brand new as received, in the original packaging, with all tags attached. Include a copy of the RMA form. Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
We do not accept exchanges of any item that has been used or damaged through no fault of your own.
