What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards directly through our website or you can use Paypal. All transactions are secure. We are a verified Authorized.net merchant and a Paypal Verified Merchant. Our security seal is on the home page of the website.
How long does it take for orders to ship?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours. You will receive an e-mail when your order has shipped. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Delivery is within 3-5 days.
What shipping service do you use?
All packages ship USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a package tracking number as soon as the item is shipped. Delivery is usually within 3-5 days.
Is the $5 shipping fee for one item or the entire order?
The entire order ships for $5. Purchase as much as you want, and the entire order ships for the low price of $5.
How do I cancel an order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. If you need to make a change to your order, please e-mail us as soon as possible with the change and we will try to accomodate you. Orders enter the fulfillment phase immediately, so it is not always possible to make a change before the order ships.
What is your return policy?
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to issue a store credit for your items.
Please email us at lori@purse-n-bootz.com to receive your return merchandise authorization form (RMA). Upon receipt of your returned package, we will email you a store credit code to use towards a future purchase. All returns must be received within 10 business days of delivery.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
All items must be unused and in original packaging, along with a copy of the Purse-N-Bootz.com invoice and the completed RMA form. Boots must be returned in the original box with no defacing of the box.
We do not accept exchanges of any item that has been used or damaged through no fault of your own.
